Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your PBX1 Fadez & Cuts account and the personal information associated with it. The app and these Services are operated by RS SUMAN PTY LTD, an Australian company based in Sydney, New South Wales, trading as PBX1 Fadez & Cuts.
1. Request deletion by email (no app or login needed)
Send a deletion request to our team. Include the name, email address and/or mobile number you used to book so we can find and verify your account.

We verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything, and we respond within 30 days.
2. Delete from inside the app
If you have the app installed and are signed in, you can delete your own account in a few taps:
- Open the PBX1 Fadez & Cuts app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open the Privacy & data section.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm with Yes, delete.
You will be signed out as soon as the request is processed.
3. What gets deleted
When your deletion request is verified, we remove the personal information tied to your account, including:
- Your account profile: name, email address, mobile number and password hash
- Date of birth and any hair-profile details (hair type, allergies, personal notes)
- Family-booking details you added (a child's first name and date of birth)
- Photos you uploaded to your profile
- Your loyalty points balance and loyalty transaction history
- Push-notification device tokens and marketing preferences
- The personal display details attached to your reviews
4. What we must keep, and for how long
Australian taxation and consumer-protection law requires us to keep certain financial records even after you delete your account.

We do not keep your full card number, CVV or card expiry. Card payments are processed by Stripe and we only store a transaction amount, the card brand and last four digits, and a Stripe reference.
